P = 2(L + W)
P = 52
L = W + 10

52 = 2(W + 10 + W)
52 = 2(2W + 10)
52 = 4W + 20
52 - 20 = 4W
32 = 4W
32/4 = W
8 = W <==== the width is 8 meters

L = W + 10
L = 8 + 10
L = 18 <==== the length is 18 meters
