Josh wants to put a fence around his rectangular garden. The garden is 6 feet bt 15 feet. How much fencing must he purshase ?

Since the garden is a rectangle, there are 2 sides that are 6-ft long
and two sides that are 15-ft long.

So he needs  (2 x 6) + (2 x 15) = (12) + (30) = 42-ft of fence.  Minimum.
