y = 0

x = ?

y= x^2 -6x +9

0 = x^2 - 6x +9
     (x             -3)
     (x             -3)

(x-3)(x-3)

x = 3

y = 3^2 - 6(3) + 9
y = 9 - 18 + 9
y = 18

Answer
x= 3, y = 18

hope this helps :D
