By the angle sum theorm: sum of all angles in a triangle is 180.
the triangle is right so one of the angles is right. right angles have a measure of 90 degrees.
One angle is 65 so what is left is :

180 = 90 + 65 + x. -------> x = 25

the third angle has a measure of 25 degrees.
