The answer for this question would be the blood calcium level will increase.

PTH or parathyroid hormone is secreted by parathyroid glands that located in the neck on the side of thyroid glands. PTH used to regulate calcium levels. This gland secretes hormone when calcium is too low and will induce osteoclast activity, make the calcium level increased.
