According to the book Equality of Women and Men, the story was connected to the creation of man. Based on Greek Mythology the presence of men was first before the woman (Pandora). And that Pandora was the reason for the suffering of man, it means that woman was used by the gods to punish men and was the reason for the evils which implies that men should control women.
