Harrier believes that the function y=11x is linear. while paul believes that is not linear, who is right and why

Expression: y = 11x

Any function is said to be linear when they varies directly, with a constant.
In the form, y = kx
Here, k = 11
and it is same for all instances

So, "Harrier" is correct and this Linear
