how does the Calvin cycle differ from the light dependent reactions

Light-dependent reaction uses energy from the sun to produce ATP & NADP & oxygen gas. Calvin cycle does not require light & uses ATP & NADPH to produce glucose. Hope this answers the question. Have a nice day. Feel free to ask more questions.
