Let V=ℝ3 and let H be the subset of V of all points on the plane 7x−3y+6z=−21. Is H a subspace of the vector space V?

No, H doesn't have the zero vector, since

7•0 - 3•0 + 6•0 = 0 ≠ -21

so H is not a subspace of V.
