To find [tex]\angle[/tex] AED add up all the angles in the triangle and equate it to 180°

That's

35 + 90 + E = 180

125 + E = 180

E = 180 - 125

E = 55°

E and x lie on a straight line

So we have

x + 55 = 180°

x = 180 - 55

x = 125°
