Qin and Song & Yuan dynasties were the significant periods in the Chinese history. Qin dynasty established the first centralized, united and multi-culture state and had the first emperor. Song & Yuan dynasties helped the boom of handy craft industry, local and foreign trades. It was in this period that the paper, printing, compass and gunpowder were invented.
