Hi,

The complex number is

z = a+bi

For a = 2 and b = -8

z = 2+(-8)i
z = 2-8i

The conjugate is

z = a-bi

For a = 2 and b = -8

z = 2-(-8)i
z = 2+8i

Answer:

B. 2+8i
