May I please get help on my math problem

Andy is awake 16hours every day. He spends 15% of the time he is awake swimming laps at the pool. Find the expression that represents the amount of time he spends doing something other than swimming while he is awake.

your answer is 6.8 and i got it by subtracting 16 from 24 which is 8 then finding 15% of 8 which is 1.2 then i subtracted 1.2 from 8 which gave me the answer of 6.8
