Solve the following equation for x: x^2 +8x=33

A. X=2 and x=4

C. X=-3 and x=11

I am curious if the equation was supposed to end in -33?
Your answer should be C. x=-3 and x=11

However, when you multiply (x-3)(x+11)=x^2+8x-33.
